Windsor, Canada (10-14July00)- I start work on a consulting job in Windsor, Canada (right across from Detroit).  It's a nice town, a bit of Europe.  Lot's of American kids partying on this side of the river.  Below, the Detroit river and downtown Detroit from my window. 

Port Huron to Mackinaw Yacht Race (15-17July00)- I race on the yacht Aerie with the Skillman clan again this year.  Like last year, the wind was across the board, light winds to strong winds.  The only pictures this year are the madness of exiting the river to get to the start.

Summer in Wichita County (2-7Aug00)- I head home for a packed weekend.  It's the county fair, all school reunion, and Baker family reunion.  It's great seeing lots of old friends and family.  The grandkids.

On Sunday we have the Baker family Reunion, mom's side.  The Baker kids then with their spouses then the families, oldest to youngest.

and finally, games in the gym to keep all entertained.
